Getting started

I've just been set up as a tuner — what do I do first?

The first-week order: go live, set prices, invite a dealer, deliver the first order, get paid.

Your workspace is your business on the platform. The back office at Overview shows a go-live checklist that tracks exactly this list — work through it in order and the workspace unlocks itself.

  1. Connect a payout account. Until money can reach you, the workspace cannot take paid work. One hosted onboarding flow, once — see getting-paid.

The checklist tracks exactly the steps below — required first, polish after.
  2. Set your prices. Your credit prices and per-stage pricing drive everything a dealer sees at checkout — price-book-and-currencies.

Step 2 lives here: the numbers every dealer sees at checkout.
  3. Invite your first dealer. Invitations carry your branding, and the dealer lands in a portal that looks like yours — inviting-dealers.

Step 3: invitations go out branded as yours.
  4. Deliver the first order. It appears in your Work queue the moment the dealer confirms; deliver from the order page. How orders arrive — and the other channels work can reach you through — is how-work-reaches-you.

Step 4 arrives here: the queue every order lands in.
  5. Check the money landed. Finance → Revenue & costs shows what you earned; payouts follow your payout schedule.

The checklist separates required from polish. Payouts and prices are required; branding, a sending domain and a website make you look established, but nothing blocks on them.
