How do plans, the trial and usage limits work?
The trial grants a plan's features for a period; limits meter monthly orders and campaign recipients.

Your plan decides which features your workspace has and how much of the metered ones you can use. The Subscription page shows your current plan, the payment method on file, the next billing date, and lets you upgrade or downgrade.
Every tier sits below it in one table, with its price and a switch button.
How does the trial work?
A new workspace starts on a trial that grants a plan's features for a limited period, without a payment method. The trial banner shows how many days remain. When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace locks for new workspace orders and deliveries until a plan is chosen — nothing is deleted, and everything reopens the moment a subscription starts.
What do the limits meter?
Depending on plan: monthly workspace orders and campaign recipients. Team seats and dealers are not metered — every plan includes unlimited seats and unlimited dealers. The Usage page shows each meter for the current cycle — what is used, the limit, and the reset date. Orders beyond a plan's monthly allowance accrue a small per-order overage, itemised on the same page, so a busy month never blocks orders.
Which features are plan-gated?
Feature pages that your plan does not include stay visible in the navigation with a lock and the tier that includes them — so you can see what exists without paying for it. Everything unlocked is live immediately after an upgrade; entitlements resolve from the plan in real time.
This article owns the trial and plan lifecycle; the feature matrix itself — what each tier includes and how to read it — is whats-in-my-plan, and the meaning of any individual lock is why-is-this-locked.
Who can change the plan?
The workspace owner. Team members can see the subscription state but cannot change plan or payment method.
