What counts as a file?+
A delivered order. Revisions and fixes in the same order don't count again. Pool orders you claim count; orders you delegate away don't.
How does the pool split work?+
80% to the tuner who does the work, 15% to the referring workspace, 5% to us. Printed here because hiding it would be off-brand.
Which payment methods do my dealers get?+
Cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA — plus credits or monthly invoicing, per dealer. Payouts via Stripe Connect.
Can I cancel and take my data?+
Yes. Cancel in the app, export everything anytime. No exit fees.
Do you help with migration?+
