What happens when I hit a usage limit?
Track monthly orders and campaign recipients. Extra orders continue at your plan's overage rate; widget budgets reset daily.

Your workspace meters monthly orders and campaign recipients, plus daily budgets on your website's lookup widgets. Team seats and dealers are unlimited on every plan. The tuner's Max plan includes the AI agent with no monthly conversation ceiling.
Where to see your usage
Finance → Usage shows each meter, how much of it this month has consumed, and when it resets. An allowance your plan does not cap reads No monthly cap instead of a bar. Where there is a ceiling, the page is the early-warning system — a meter at 90% is a decision to make calmly, not an outage.
What a full meter does
What happens at a limit depends on the activity:
- Orders — orders continue after the included monthly allowance is used. Extra orders accrue the per-order overage shown for your plan. Deliveries and chat keep working, and Max has no monthly order ceiling.
- Campaign recipients — a send that would exceed the remaining allowance is stopped before it goes out, so a campaign never half-sends.
- Widget budgets — the finder's plate-lookup widget throttles for the rest of the day when its lookup budget is spent. Browse and search have a separate daily budget, so they keep working while that allowance remains.
The widget budgets are yours to set, at the bottom of the same page: a daily number per dealer, so one busy dealer never spends another's.
AI concierge usage
If your AI agent is connected, the same page also shows what it cost last month — the WhatsApp messaging and AI concierge charges, billed as their own monthly invoice, separate from your subscription. This one is not a meter: there is no ceiling to hit, and the figure is a statement pulled once the month closes, not a running total during the month itself. Nothing shows here until your first statement is pulled, early in the month that follows.
Monthly order usage rolls over at the start of the calendar month. The page also shows your subscription's billing-period end, which can be a different date. Widget budgets reset daily.
Raising a limit
Upgrading raises the allowances immediately — mid-cycle usage carries over against the new, higher ceiling. Where an overage price is configured for your plan, staying on tier and paying per extra unit can be the better deal; the Usage page states it whenever it applies.
Ceilings arrive when the product is already working for you — that is by design. Treat a recurring 100% month as the signal that the next tier has paid for itself.
