Why can't I use this feature?

A locked button means a plan entitlement, a team-role limit, or an expired trial — each has a different fix.

A locked feature can mean your plan does not include it, your team role does not allow the action, or your trial has ended. Read the message before choosing a plan or asking the workspace owner to change your access.

The page that answers what your plan does and does not carry.

1. Your plan doesn't include it

Most locks are plan entitlements: the feature exists, your tier does not carry it. Email campaigns, partner delegation, WinOLS reselling and the AI agent are examples that depend on the tier. The fix is an upgrade — see whats-in-my-plan for how the tiers are laid out. Some things are deliberately free to try and paid to ship: building and previewing your website costs nothing, publishing it is the plan feature.

A plan lock explains the feature and names the tier that includes it. The workspace owner can follow the upgrade button; other team members see a message to ask the owner. In the mobile app, Open web portal opens plan management in the browser.

A lock names the feature and the tier that carries it.

2. Your team role doesn't allow it

A tuner company can have several logins with owner/admin/member levels. Plan changes require the owner. Owners and admins can invite or remove team members, while only the owner can change their roles under CRM → Team. Members can view the team roster without being allowed to manage it. Ask the workspace owner if you need access to an action your role does not allow.

3. The trial ended

When a trial expires without a plan, the workspace enters a locked state: ordering and deliveries pause until a plan is chosen. Everything you built — prices, dealers, site drafts — is kept. Choose a plan under Finance → Subscription to resume using the workspace. Details in plans-and-trial.

Hitting a usage ceiling is not a lock — the feature stays on and the meter is the constraint. That case is usage-and-limits.

What if the feature should already be available?

If a feature remains locked after the owner confirms the plan and your role, contact support with the workspace name, the page, and the exact lock message. Mention whether you are using the web portal or the iOS or Android app.
