Plans & subscription
What does my plan include?
Your subscription decides which features are on and how much usage is included — see it all in one place.

Finance → Subscription shows your current plan, and the subscription page lists exactly which features and allowances it carries. That page is the source of truth — plans evolve, the page always reflects yours.
How to read it
Everything you are entitled to falls into three kinds:
- Core features — ordering, pricing, dealer management, payouts, messaging. Every plan has these; they are the platform.
- Plan features — each tier adds one kind of capability on top of the
one below:
- Start runs the whole file service: website and publishing with your own domain, the multilingual site, enquiries and instant quotes, your own iOS and Android app, email from your own domain, dealer discounts, order-history import, and all of payments and invoicing (online payment, credits, monthly invoicing on account with an overdue notice).
- Growth adds partner orders (handing off, partner quotes and out-of-office auto-routing), your own price book, dealer bulk import, email campaigns, reviews, the embeddable catalogue and dyno charts.
- Pro adds the WinOLS credit reseller, your private file database and the accounting integration.
- Max adds the AI agent for enquiries and WhatsApp, and the booking calendar the agent can write to.
- Allowances — numeric headroom: orders per month and campaign recipients. Max has no order ceiling. Team seats and dealers carry no ceiling on any plan. What happens at a ceiling is covered in usage-and-limits.
The table groups them that way too, and hides every row that is identical on all plans until you ask for it.
Changing plan
Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically: moving mid-cycle credits the unused remainder of the old plan against the new one, so you are neither double-charged nor paying for time you did not get. New features unlock the moment the change is confirmed.
Trials
A new workspace starts on a trial that behaves like a paid tier. What happens when it ends — and what "portal locked" means — is in plans-and-trial.
Deciding whether an upgrade pays for itself is usually one question: which locked feature would you use this week? If the answer is "none", stay where you are — the plan can change in one click the day that changes.
