What do I need before my workspace can take orders?

Two required steps — payouts and prices — plus the optional polish that makes you look ready.

Your workspace dashboard shows a setup checklist that is computed live from your real configuration — it can never be out of date. Two items are required before you can be paid for work; the rest are polish that improve how your storefront looks to dealers.

Required steps gate going live; the rest is polish.

The two required steps

  • Payment account — connect the payout account so money from dealer orders can reach you. Without it, orders cannot be charged on your behalf.
  • Prices — set your credit rate and stage prices in the price book. A storefront without prices cannot quote an order.

When both are done the checklist marks you live-ready, and dealer orders can flow end to end.

The optional steps

Branding (logo, colours, company identity), a verified sending domain for email so notifications carry your own address, a custom web domain, per-currency price rates for foreign dealers, and publishing your website. Each row on the checklist deep-links to the page where it is completed.

Make it yours — the polish group, collapsed until you open it.

Why does the checklist say a currency is unpriced?

If any of your dealers is billed in a currency you have not explicitly priced, the checklist points it out. Nothing is blocked — an unpriced currency sells at your base numbers stated in that currency — but it is rarely what you meant, so the checklist nudges you to set a real rate.

Where do I find it again later?

The checklist collapses once you are live but stays reachable from the workspace overview, and every item continues to reflect live state — undoing a step (for example unpublishing your site) reopens its row.
