Your workspace
What is my workspace, and what is on the Overview page?
Your workspace is your branded storefront; the Overview page shows its payout, subscription, availability and fallback-routing state.

Your workspace is your branded tuning storefront: one workspace per tuning business, holding your own dealers, prices, payouts, invoices, email identity and website. Workspace → Overview is its front page — the state of the four things that decide whether work and money can flow. Open it in the web portal; workspace management is not included in the mobile app.
If you do not have a workspace yet, the page shows a single "Open your workspace" card: give it a name, press Create workspace, and everything else can be changed afterwards.
What is on the Overview page?
The Overview page shows your workspace name, the short identifier (slug) derived from it, and its status, followed by four cards:
- Payouts — whether your Stripe payout account can take payments, shown as two facts: Payouts on/off and Details submitted/pending. The button (Set up payouts or Manage payouts) sends you to Finance → Payout account, where the whole onboarding lives.
- Platform subscription — the monthly plan that keeps ordering enabled for your workspace. When one is running you see the plan and its status; while the free trial is still running the card shows how many days it has left instead; when neither applies, you pick a plan and press Start subscription. If no payment method is on file yet, the button takes you to a Stripe-hosted page to add a card and returns you here — press Start again afterwards.
- Out of office — the away switch (see below).
- Fallback partners — your accepted partner tuners, ordered by priority.
How does Out of office work?
Out of office marks the workspace away so new orders placed to it can be routed to your fallback partners instead of sitting in your queue. Turn on Mark as away, optionally set Away from and Away until, add an away message, and press Save availability.
The window is evaluated when an order arrives, so an Away until time that has passed reads as available again on its own — you do not have to remember to switch the toggle back. An Away from time in the future means you are not away yet.
The away message is stored with the setting, but it is not shown on any dealer-facing screen today. What dealers actually see about your availability is the opening-hours indicator (opening-hours).
What does the Fallback partners card do?
The Fallback partners card lists the partner tuners who have accepted a partnership with you, lowest priority number first. Each row has an Enabled switch, a Priority and a Default split %, with its own Save button. Only enabled partners receive auto-routed work, and only at the split shown. When you have no partnerships yet the card reads "No accepted partners yet."
This card is the short version. The full partnership relationship — invitations, per-partner terms, what happens in each direction — lives under CRM → Partners (delegating-work).
What are the other Workspace pages?
The Workspace section holds who you are and how you are wired: Company Profile (legal name, address, VAT and contact details), User Profile (your own personal account), Branding (logo, colours, email presentation), Connections (your tuning tools), AI Agent, Files (documents you share by link) and Opening hours. Your teammates are managed under CRM → Team, and money moved out to Finance, prices to Pricing.
The go-live checklist is not here — it lives on the back-office dashboard (going-live-checklist).
The page will not load, or a card is stuck
If the workspace itself fails to load, the page offers a Retry button — a reload usually clears it. If the Payouts card keeps saying details are pending after you finished Stripe onboarding, open Finance → Payout account: that page reads the same status directly from Stripe and can restart the onboarding. For anything else, open a support ticket and say which card is wrong, what it shows and what you expected — the workspace name is enough for us to find it.
