How do I invite teammates into my workspace?
CRM → Team invites colleagues as Admin or Member, shows who is active, pending or never signed in. Your plan sets how many seats you get.

Open CRM → Team. Press Invite teammate, fill in the colleague's email address, optionally their full name, choose Member or Admin, and press Send invite. They receive an email — branded with your workspace's logo and colours — that lets them set their own password and join your workspace.
Everyone works from the same storefront: the same dealers, the same queue, the same files. Nobody shares a login, so who did what stays visible on every order and message.
What do the roles mean?
The Team page offers two roles when you invite, and the platform enforces a third:
- Owner — one person per workspace. Everything, including billing and the plan. The owner cannot be demoted or removed from this page; transferring ownership is a support request.
- Admin — "Can manage the team, orders, files and settings — but not billing." An admin may invite and remove teammates, but may not change anyone's role.
- Member — "Can handle orders, files and messages. No team or billing access."
Only the owner can change a teammate's role, from the row's actions menu (Make admin / Make member). Nobody can act on their own row, so you can never lock yourself out or demote yourself by accident.
What does the team list tell me?
The team list has one row per person, with four columns: Name (their email underneath), Role, Status and Last login.
Status is either Active or Pending. Pending means the invitation has been sent but the colleague has not set a password yet — they cannot sign in and they receive no notifications. Last login reads Never until their first sign-in, which is the quickest way to spot an invitation that never landed.
How many people can I add?
Your plan sets the seat cap — inviting past it is refused until you remove someone or upgrade. Your plan page shows the exact number for your plan.
Above the list, a counter reads for example "3 seats used". It counts everyone on the team: the owner, every admin and member, and every pending invitation — an unaccepted invite is counted until you remove it. That is the same number your plan's cap applies to, so it doubles as how close you are to needing to remove someone or upgrade before the next invite.
How do I remove someone?
Open the row's actions menu and choose Remove, then confirm. "They lose access immediately and their seat is freed. Their orders and files stay in the workspace" — removing a colleague never rewrites the history of what they did. The owner's row has no Remove action.
A teammate's invitation link has expired
The set-password link in a team invitation lasts 14 days, so this is rare — but if it has genuinely expired, the fix is not to invite them again (a second invite to the same address is refused as already registered): ask the colleague to use Forgot password on the sign-in page with the address you invited. That sends a fresh set-password link and activates the account.
If that still does not work, or the invitation email never arrived at all, open a support ticket with the email address you invited and the time you sent it.
