Your account
Where do I change my own name, email and password?
Workspace → User Profile holds your personal account: details, sign-in email, password and notification preferences.
Updated 2026-09-18 · 3 min read
Open Workspace → User Profile. Everything on that page is yours alone — your name, your sign-in email, your password and your notification settings. The company's details (legal name, address, VAT, contact) live one page away under Workspace → Company Profile, and the brand your dealers see lives under Workspace → Branding.
The strip at the top of the page shows your name, your email address and your role in the workspace: Owner, Admin or Member. Below it are three tabs: Profile, Security and Notifications.
What is on the Profile tab?
The Profile tab holds "Your details": full name, email address, phone, mobile and communication language.
- Email is your sign-in identity, so it is read-only with a Change button beside it. Changing it asks for the new address and your current password, then emails a confirmation link to the new inbox — the address only changes once you open that link.
- Phone and Mobile are how you are recognised on WhatsApp, so a message from your number arrives as you rather than as an unknown caller.
- Communication language sets the language of the portal and of the mail we send you. It is per person: changing yours does not change a colleague's.
Under the fields you see when you joined and when you last signed in. Press Save to store changes.
Where do I change my password?
The Security tab. Enter your current password, then the new one twice, and save. The page tells you before you submit if the two new entries do not match.
There is no two-factor switch on this page: one-time sign-in codes are sent automatically when they apply to your account. How sessions, codes and password resets work is covered in Signing in, two-factor, and who can see what.
What is on the Notifications tab?
The Notifications tab is the same per-category, per-channel grid every account has: one row per category (orders, messages, tickets, billing and so on) and one column per channel. Preferences are personal — muting order email for yourself does not mute it for the rest of the workspace. See How do I control which notifications I get? for what each category covers.
Can I delete my own account here?
Yes, at the bottom of the Profile tab, under Delete account — but only when nothing depends on you. The button stays disabled and lists the blockers while any of these are true:
- you still own an active workspace (close it or transfer ownership first),
- you have earnings still pending payout,
- you have orders in progress.
When none applies, Delete my account asks for your password to confirm (or, on a sign-in-provider account, for you to type your email address), closes the account, anonymises your personal data and signs you out. It cannot be undone.
Removing a colleague is a different action and lives under CRM → Team (workspace-team).
I cannot change something on this page
If the email-change confirmation never arrives, check the new inbox's spam folder and confirm you typed the address correctly — the link goes to the new address, not your current one, and the change is not applied until it is opened. If the page refuses your current password on a change you are sure of, use the password reset link on the sign-in page instead. For anything else, open a support ticket naming the field you are trying to change and the exact message the page showed.
