How do I control which notifications I get?
Every notification belongs to a category; mute a category per channel under Account → Notifications.

Every notification the platform sends belongs to a category — orders, messages, tickets, billing, and so on — and each category can be switched off per channel. You are never choosing between "all notifications" and "none".
Where are the notification settings?
Open Account → Notifications. The settings are a grid: one row per category, one column per channel (email and push). A switch that is on means that category may reach you on that channel.
The All row at the top is the master switch for a whole channel. Turning off the email column there stops every category from emailing you, whatever the individual rows say.
What are the categories?
- Orders — an order was placed, delivered, cancelled, refunded, or a revision was requested.
- Messages — a new message in an order conversation.
- Tickets — activity on a support ticket you opened or were assigned.
- Delegation — work routed to or from a partner (tuner accounts only), including a partnership being accepted or ended, its terms changing, and auto-routing being paused or resumed.
- Billing — invoices, payments and credit movements, and a change to the earnings share the platform pays you, including a refund that reduces your earnings on an order.
- Shop — orders you placed in the shop.
- Website — enquiries and form submissions from your site, agent drafts and handoffs, and a Google reviews connection that needs attention.
- Marketing — campaign and newsletter mail.
A category you never see on the grid is one that does not apply to your account type.
Which notifications can I not switch off?
Sign-in and security messages always send: the one-time sign-in code, password resets, account activation, and invitations. These bypass notification preferences entirely, because switching them off would lock you out of your own account.
Where do notifications appear inside the portal?
The bell in the header lists everything, read and unread, whatever your email and push settings say. Muting a category changes how you are told about something, never whether it is recorded — so turning email off will not lose you anything, it just moves it to the bell.
I changed a setting and mail still arrived
A notification already queued when you changed the setting still sends; the preference applies from the moment you save it. If the same category keeps arriving hours later, the mail is likely a different category than you think — check the subject against the list above, or see Why aren't platform emails arriving?.
