Troubleshooting

Why aren't platform emails arriving?

Check spam, then the address on the account, then your notification settings — in that order.

This is about email the platform sends you — sign-in codes, order updates, invoices. If you are a tuner whose campaigns are not reaching customers, that is a different problem: see My emails aren't arriving — what should I check?.

Have you checked spam and quarantine?

Check the spam or junk folder, and if your business uses a mail filter (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace both have one), check its quarantine too. Automated mail — a six-digit code, a notification with a link — is exactly what those filters hold back.

Mark one as "not spam" and add the sender to your contacts. That usually settles it for good.

Is the email on the account the one you are watching?

Open Account → Profile and read the address there. Two situations catch people out:

  • The account was created with a shared address such as info@ and you are watching your personal inbox.
  • The address has a typo from when the account was set up, so the mail is being delivered somewhere real but not to you.

Change it there if it is wrong. Sign-in mail follows the account address.

Did you switch the category off?

Open Account → Notifications. If the email column is off for the category in question — or the All row's email switch is off — the mail is being suppressed on purpose.

Sign-in and security mail ignores these settings and always sends, so a missing sign-in code is never a notification-preference problem.

Read down the email column: a category switched off here is mail you asked us not to send.

Does one type arrive and another not?

That points at the category switches rather than delivery. If order mail arrives and invoice mail does not, the billing category's email switch is off.

Nothing arrives at all, including sign-in codes

Then delivery to your address is failing, not the settings. This happens when a previous message hard-bounced (a full mailbox, a since-deleted address, or a strict server) and further mail to that address is being held back.

Contact support with the address. It can be cleared from our side once the mailbox is working again — trying repeatedly in the meantime will not clear it.
