My emails aren't arriving — what should I check?
Work the checklist in order: domain verified, bounces, spam complaints, content — then the deliverability page.

"Not arriving" is almost always one of four causes. Check them in this order — each one is visible in the portal.
1. Is the sending domain verified?
Email → Sending domain. An unverified or broken domain (a DNS record someone "cleaned up") is the number-one cause. The page shows the state per record; re-run validation after fixing — sending-domain.
2. Are you bouncing?
Email → Deliverability shows bounce rates per send. Hard bounces (address does not exist) are removed automatically; a spike usually means an imported list is stale. Bounce rates above a few percent damage your domain's reputation with every provider.
3. Are recipients marking you as spam?
The same page tracks complaints. Even a handful per send matters — providers filter senders their users flag. The fixes are unglamorous: send to people who expect you (audiences), say who you are in the from-name, and make the subject match the content.
4. Is it the content?
All-image emails, shouting subjects, link shorteners and attachment-heavy messages trip filters. The templates keep you inside sane HTML; keep your part of the content plain and honest.
One recipient not receiving one email is usually their filtering — ask them to check spam and add your address. Systemic non-delivery shows up as numbers on the Deliverability page; that is the difference between an incident and an anecdote.
Transactional email is separate
Order updates, invites and invoices ride the platform's transactional lane and are unaffected by campaign reputation — a campaign misstep never stops a dealer's delivery notification.
