How do I reuse an email design across campaigns?
Save a design once under Email > Campaign builder, then start any new campaign from it.

Save it as a template. Email → Campaign builder holds your reusable email designs; every new campaign can start from one instead of from a blank canvas. The page is a grid of cards, each showing a live miniature of the design. Empty, it says so: "No templates yet. Create one here, or save any campaign as a template from its editor."
How do I make a template?
There are two ways in, and they produce the same thing.
- New template on the Campaign builder page opens the block editor on a fresh design. Give the template a Name and an optional description, build the blocks, then Save template.
- Save as template in the campaign editor captures whatever you have built in that campaign and asks for a name. Use this when a campaign turned out well and you want next month's to look the same.
Once a template is saved, its editor also offers Send test to me, so you can read the design in a real inbox before any campaign relies on it.
Where do my templates show up?
Saved templates appear as the Your saved templates section of the starting-point panel a new campaign opens on — after Start from scratch, the Layouts scaffolds and the Designed templates that already carry your logo and colour. Picking one copies its blocks into the new campaign.
Does editing a template change campaigns I already sent?
No. Picking a template copies its blocks into the campaign, so the campaign keeps its own content from that moment on. Editing the template afterwards changes only campaigns started from it later, and deleting a template leaves campaigns already created from it untouched — the delete confirmation says so.
Campaign designs versus the emails sent on your behalf
Two different things share the word "template", and the navigation keeps them apart:
- Email → Campaign builder — designs you build for campaigns you send. This page.
- Email → Email templates — the wording of the emails the platform sends on your behalf, such as the priced quote that answers a website enquiry (sending-domain covers where that lives).
Still stuck?
If a saved template does not appear in a new campaign's starting-point panel, open a support ticket naming the template and when you saved it.
