What do the numbers on my email dashboard mean?

Totals, seven rates with health colours, an engagement chart, audience health and a per-campaign comparison.

Email → Dashboard is how your campaigns are doing across recent sends. The toggle in the top right switches the window between 30d, 90d and 365d; everything on the page follows it. Before your first send the page says "No campaigns sent yet — your first send lights this up" and shows only audience health.

What are the three totals?

The three cards along the top count volume in the selected window: Campaigns sent, Emails sent (individual messages) and Delivered (messages a mailbox provider accepted).

What do the rate cards mean?

The seven rate cards below the totals are percentages, and most are coloured green, amber or red against normal business-email ranges. Colour is the fastest read on the page: green is healthy, red needs work.

  • Delivery rate — accepted messages. Green from 98%, amber from 95%.
  • Open rate — deliberately uncoloured. Privacy features in mail apps open messages on the reader's behalf, so this number is inflated. The card says it: steer by clicks.
  • Click rate — green from 2%, amber from 1%.
  • Click-to-open — clicks per opened email. A quality signal for the content itself.
  • Bounce rate — green below 2%, amber to 5%, red above.
  • Unsubscribe rate — green below 0.2%, amber below 0.5%.
  • Complaint rate — spam reports. Green below 0.1%, amber to 0.3%. This is the one to act on immediately.
Volume across the top, rates underneath — the colour is the fast read.

What is audience health?

The Audience health card counts the state of your list rather than of a send: Subscribed (people you may email), Opt-outs (30d) (unsubscribes in the last 30 days) and Suppressed (addresses removed permanently). Addresses that hard-bounced or reported a campaign as spam are suppressed automatically and never emailed again — no list cleaning on your side.

How do I compare campaigns?

Two panels do that. Engagement per campaign charts open and click rate per send, oldest first, so a change in your writing shows as a trend rather than a single number. Campaign comparison lists each campaign with its sent, delivered, open, click and bounce figures; clicking a row opens that campaign's own stats.

What is on a single campaign's stats page?

A campaign's stats page counts that one send: recipients, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, bounced and complained. Below the counts, the Recipients table lists every address with its outcome — Queued, Sent, Delivered, Bounced, Complained, Unsubscribed or Failed — filterable by status, which is how you find out what happened to one specific customer.

One send, counted end to end.

Two banners can appear above the counts. A spam score is the automatic content check run before sending, where lower is better; it turns amber when the content scored high enough that mailbox providers may filter it. A red Stopped by the delivery guard banner means sending was aborted part-way because bounces or complaints crossed the safety threshold, and the remaining recipients were not emailed.

Still stuck?

If a campaign shows deliveries but no opens or clicks at all, that usually means tracking, not delivery. Open a ticket with the campaign name and the send date (getting-help).
