Is my email reaching this dealer?
A dealer's Email tab shows the last email that arrived, whether we stopped emailing an address, and how to get it fixed.

In Dealers, a small envelope warning beside a dealer's name means email to them isn't arriving. Open the dealer and go to the Email tab.
What the Email tab shows
For each address on the dealer's account:
- One sentence on the state — email arrives, it bounces, it lands in junk, or we stopped emailing the address.
- The last delivered email — when, and what it was.
- Emails not sent since — when we stopped emailing an address, how many order updates, invoices and other emails were skipped because of it.
When we stopped emailing an address
An address that bounced hard (the mailbox doesn't exist) or marked email as spam goes on the platform-wide suppression list. Nobody on the platform emails it any more, because every send to a dead address costs sending reputation for everyone.
You have two options:
- Change email address — send the dealer's new address to support. Login addresses are changed by support so a dealer never loses access by accident.
- Ask to try this address again — when you know the address works again (the dealer fixed their mailbox), support checks it and lifts the suppression. The tab shows when you asked.
"Blocked by the dealer's mail server" is not the same as a bounce. It means the dealer's spam filter listed a shared sending IP. Their address is fine and nothing is suppressed; SendGrid retries from another IP.
Email arrives but is never opened
When several emails in a row arrive but are never opened, the tab says the mail is probably in the dealer's junk folder. Ask them to check it and mark your address as safe. Opens are not measured for login codes, so this only counts order updates, invoices and similar email.
See Domain health for the overview of everything you send.
