How do I send my first campaign?
Pick a template, write the message, choose an audience, test-send, then send — five steps, no surprises.

Campaigns live under Email → Campaigns. A campaign is one message to one audience — a stage promotion, a price change, a newsletter.
-
Create the campaign and pick a template. Templates carry your branding automatically; you edit the content, not the plumbing.
Every starting point is seeded with your brand. -
Write the message. Subject, preview text, body. Keep the subject honest — deliverability lives and dies on recipients not marking you as spam (deliverability).
1 the subject, 2 the preview text shown beside it in the inbox. -
Choose the audience — a saved segment of your dealers or customers, with a live recipient count next to it (audiences).
-
Send yourself a test. Every campaign can test-send to your own address first; read it on a phone, because your recipients will.
-
Send (or schedule). Progress and results — delivered, opened, bounced — appear on the campaign's dashboard as they happen.
The last screen before a campaign goes out.
Verify your sending domain before the first real campaign (sending-domain). Campaigns from an unverified domain are the classic way to land in spam and poison your future sends.
Limits
Your plan includes a monthly recipient allowance. A send that would exceed what remains is stopped before it starts — campaigns never half-send. The meter is visible under Finance → Usage (usage-and-limits).
After the send
The dashboard shows opens, clicks and bounces per campaign. Bounced and unsubscribed addresses are handled for you: they leave your sendable audience automatically, which protects your domain's reputation without any list hygiene on your side.
