How do I reach my supplier or support?

Message the supplier on the order, open a ticket for problems, and track both in Communication.

There are two channels, and picking the right one gets a faster answer: the order chat for anything about one specific order, and tickets for problems, billing questions and anything that needs a decision.

Order chat — questions about one order

One thread per order — the supplier sees the car it belongs to.

Every order has its own conversation with the supplier, right on the order page. Use it for anything about that order: a detail you forgot to mention, a question about the delivered file, timing. Attachments work, and both sides are notified of replies in the portal, by email and — if enabled — by push notification on the mobile app.

Tickets — problems and account questions

Platform problems become tickets; supplier questions belong in the order chat.
The form itself says which channel a question belongs in.

Open a ticket from the Tickets page (or from an order's row on the Orders page) when something needs more than a chat message: a billing dispute, a refund request, a technical problem with the portal itself. A ticket has a status, so you can see whether it is open, waiting on you, or resolved.

How fast will I get an answer?

Suppliers answer within their own opening hours, which are shown in the portal header and in the order form's summary while you order. Platform support handles escalated tickets and portal problems on business days.

Where do I see everything in one place?

The Messages section collects every conversation — order chats, direct messages and tickets — with unread counts in the navigation. Nothing lives only in email: the portal is always the complete record.

One list for every conversation, whichever channel it started in.
