Why is my selling suspended?
A suspension stops new orders, webshop checkouts and quote acceptances while an Acceptable Use Policy concern is reviewed.
Updated 2026-10-12 · 1 min read
The platform team suspends selling when a workspace's listings, website or orders break the Acceptable Use Policy. A red Selling is suspended banner at the top of the portal shows the reason the team gave, and the workspace owner receives the same reason by email.
What stops while selling is suspended?
While the suspension lasts, buyers cannot start anything new with your business:
- Dealers cannot place new orders with your workspace.
- Your webshop does not take checkouts and its products are hidden.
- Website visitors cannot accept a quote or book an accepted quote.
- New dealers cannot join your workspace through its join link.
What keeps working?
The rest of the portal keeps working. Orders already in progress stay open, so you can finish and deliver them, reply to messages, and see your invoices, payouts and settings. Your website stays online.
How do I get selling restored?
Email support@thetuninggroup.com from the workspace owner's address with your workspace name, and explain what you changed to address the reason in the banner — for example, which listing you removed. When the platform team restores selling, the owner receives an email and the banner disappears.
