Why is my add-on or product awaiting review?
New add-ons, stages and webshop products — and price or wording changes to them — are checked by the platform team before buyers see them.

An Awaiting review badge means the platform team has not yet checked the listing against the Acceptable Use Policy. Until the team approves it, dealers and webshop visitors do not see the listing, cannot order it and cannot be quoted for it. Everything else you sell keeps working as before.
Which changes send a listing to review?
A listing goes to review when it is new, or when you change what a buyer would read or pay:
- Your own add-ons: a new add-on, or a change to its code, name, category or any of its prices.
- Your own stages: a new stage, or a change to its label or credit price.
- Webshop products: a new product or variant, a change to the product's name, description, kind or brand, or a change to a variant's price.
Hiding or showing a listing, reordering it, or editing the platform's own tunes and options never sends anything to review. While a changed listing waits, buyers do not see it — not even the previous version.
How long does a review take?
The platform team works through the review queue on working days. You get no email when a listing is approved: the badge disappears and the listing is live for buyers straight away.
What does "Not approved" mean?
A Not approved badge means the platform team rejected the listing. The reason is shown next to the badge, and the workspace owner also receives it by email. A rejected listing stays hidden from buyers. To try again, change the listing so it complies with the Acceptable Use Policy and save it: the saved change sends it back to review.
Services the Acceptable Use Policy does not allow — such as mileage or odometer correction, VIN changes, stolen goods or pirated software — are rejected however they are worded.
Still waiting, or unsure why a listing was rejected?
Email support@thetuninggroup.com with your workspace name and the name of the add-on, stage or product, and the platform team will look at it.
