Pricing
How do I set my prices and currencies?
A credit rate, per-stage prices, a rate per extra currency — and, optionally, a second price list for website and WhatsApp quotes.

Everything a dealer pays you comes from your price book on the Pricing page: a money rate per credit, credit prices per stage and option, and — where you want exact control — a pinned money price per item.
The one rule behind multi-currency pricing
Credits are the neutral unit; money is credits multiplied by your rate for that currency. Currencies are never converted — a US dollar price list is its own price list, not an exchange-rated euro. You set a rate per currency you sell in (euro and US dollar are supported), and can pin an exact money price on any individual item per currency when rounding matters.
Which currency do my dealers pay?
By default, pay-now orders charge in your settlement currency — the currency your payout account settles in — so payouts never convert. That default is only a choice when the two differ: an Order currency card appears on the Credits page once your payout account settles in a currency other than your base currency, and it switches every dealer to their own billing currency instead. The trade-off is that payouts not in your settlement currency are converted on arrival and the conversion cost is yours. Monthly invoices always bill in the dealer's currency.
What happens in a currency I haven't priced?
Selling never blocks: an unpriced currency falls back to your own base numbers stated in that currency. The setup checklist lists any currency your dealers use that you have not explicitly priced, so you can decide deliberately rather than sell on the fallback.
Do dealers all pay the same price?
Your price book is workspace-wide. Per-dealer commercial terms live on the membership instead: payment mode, net terms, and an optional percentage discount that applies to the money a dealer pays you.
Can I quote the public a different price than my dealers?
Yes — optionally. Out of the box your price book is one list: the trade prices your dealers pay, and the website finder, enquiry quotes and the WhatsApp agent quote that same list to an outside lead (with VAT added for a private customer). Switch on Dual price catalogue at the top of the Pricing page and every item gains a second, Website & WhatsApp price beside its dealer price. Fill it in only where the two should differ: an item without a public price is still quoted at its dealer price, so nothing changes until you say so. Public prices are entered ex-VAT like the rest of the book. Leave the switch off and the second list never appears — one price, everywhere, exactly as before.
