How does claiming an order work?
The claim board lists platform-pool orders and delegated partner offers. Claim a pool order and it becomes yours to deliver.

Operations → Claim orders lists available platform-pool orders and delegated partner offers. Use Pool to see orders no tuner owns yet, Delegated for partner offers, or All for both. Claiming a pool order binds it to you.
This article covers the shared platform pool. Partner offers can also be accepted from this board, but use the partner's agreed terms — delegating-work covers that flow.
What claiming means
- The order moves into your work queue, with the same delivery flow and the same chat with the dealer as any other order.
- The claim is first-come: once you claim, it disappears from every other tuner's board. If two tuners race, one claim succeeds and the other sees "already claimed" — nothing double-assigns.
- You are committing to the delivery expectation shown on the card. Claim what you can deliver.
What a pool order pays
Pool work is paid on the platform's pool terms, settled to the same payout account as your regular earnings. Each claimable card shows what the job pays you before you claim — there is no surprise after the fact. Your earnings from pool work appear in Finance alongside everything else (revenue-and-costs).
Why can't I see the claim board?
The claim lane is part of your plan. If Claim orders is missing or locked, your current plan does not include pool access — see why-is-this-locked.
A claimed order is yours. If something makes it undeliverable, escalate it from the order page rather than letting it sit — an escalated order can be reassigned; a silent one just ages in front of a waiting dealer.
