Your workspace
How do I put my own brand on what dealers see?
Workspace → Branding sets your logo, icon, favicon and two colours, plus the from-name and reply-to on your dealer email.

Open Workspace → Branding. The page has two cards — Visuals and Email — and one Save branding button. What you set there travels with your workspace: it reaches your dealers in email, in the portal itself, on your invoices, at checkout and on your website, without you configuring any of those places separately.
What can I set under Visuals?
The Visuals card holds five things:
- Logo — press Upload to pick a file (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 2 MB), or paste a URL into the field underneath. This is the wide mark used where there is room for one.
- Icon — the square mark (PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP or ICO, up to 512 KB).
- Favicon — "the browser-tab icon your dealers see. Leave blank to use your icon."
- Primary color — a colour picker with a hex field beside it. Used for email buttons, links and accents.
- Accent color — secondary accents, like dividers.
Under the colour fields, an Email preview shows a miniature of a real transactional email so you can see exactly where the two colours land: the top bar and the button take the primary colour, the divider takes the accent. Any colour you leave unset falls back to the platform's default rather than rendering as blank.
What can I set under Email?
The Email card holds two fields: From name — the display name on mail sent about your workspace — and Reply-to address, where a dealer's reply goes.
Until you verify a sending domain of your own, these two are the whole override: the message still sends from the platform's address, with your name and your reply-to on it. Verifying your own domain moves the From address to you as well, which is a separate setup under Email → Sending domain (sending-domain).
Where does each setting actually show up?
Your branding is not decoration on one page — it is resolved everywhere the workspace is the sender or the seller:
- Dealer email. Every notification that belongs to your workspace — order updates, invitations, quotes, delegation mail and calendar booking mail — renders with your logo, your two colours, your from-name and your reply-to.
- The portal your dealers work in. A dealer whose current supplier is you gets your primary colour applied to the portal's buttons, links and highlights, and your favicon in the browser tab. If no favicon is set the portal uses your icon, and failing that your logo.
- Invoices. The invoice PDF carries the seller's logo in the header, or the seller's name when no logo is set. What the rest of the paper says — terms, footer — is edited under Finance → Invoice preview, where you can see it render.
- Card payments. A Stripe checkout for your workspace shows your business name, logo, icon and colours. The name comes from the legal company name on your Company Profile, falling back to your workspace name.
- Your website and the embeddable catalogue take your primary colour as their accent by default.
TheTuningGroup's own messages and calendar invitations use the shared TheTuningGroup identity. Independent tuning businesses keep the branding configured on their own workspace.
Where is the company name, address and VAT number?
Not on this page. Branding is the visual and sender identity only; the company identity — legal company name, country, address, VAT number, registration number, support email and phone — lives under Workspace → Company Profile, and invoice terms live under Finance → Invoice preview. That identity block is what fills the compliant footer on invoice-style email, so a blank Company Profile shows up there rather than here.
Saving Branding merges into your stored settings rather than replacing them, so your Company Profile and website settings are untouched by a save here. Clearing a field on this page, though, does clear that value.
An upload is rejected or the logo does not appear
The page names the real reason under the field: a file over the size limit, an unsupported format, or storage rejecting the upload. Re-export a smaller file and try again — an SVG or a trimmed PNG is usually the fix. If the upload succeeds but dealers still see the old mark, remember that email templates render at send time, so only mail sent after the save carries the new logo; already-delivered mail keeps what it was sent with.
If a brand change still has not reached a surface after that, open a support ticket naming the surface (email, invoice, checkout or portal) and what it shows instead.
