Where do I find my notifications?
The bell shows the latest; Communication → Notifications is the full searchable feed, with archive and deep links.

The bell in the back-office header shows the most recent ones; View all under it opens the full feed at Communication → Notifications (Alerts in the mobile app). The feed is everything the platform has told you, read and unread, whatever your email and push settings say.
This article is about reading that feed. Choosing which notifications reach you by email or push is a separate setting — How do I control which notifications I get?.
What does a row show?
Each row carries an icon for its type, the title, a short reference for the thing it is about, the message itself and a timestamp. An unread row is tinted and marked with a dot; reading it clears the dot and the number on the nav.
How do I find one notification among hundreds?
Four controls sit above the list. On a phone they collapse into a Filters sheet with the same fields.
- Search — matches the title and the message text.
- Status — All, Unread, Read, Archived.
- Type — All types, Ticket, Order, Message, Billing, System.
- Date — Any time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days.
The count beside the heading is how many rows the current filters return, not how many exist.
How do I clear the list?
Mark all read marks everything read without removing anything. Archive all empties the feed into the Archived view; the toast that follows offers View archived, and each row has its own archive control with an Undo. Archived notifications are never deleted — switch Status to Archived to read them, and restore any row from there.
Archiving is per person. Clearing your feed does not touch a colleague's.
Where does clicking a notification take me?
Most rows are a shortcut to the thing that changed:
- an order event opens that order in your work queue;
- a message on an order thread opens the order; a direct or group message opens the thread in Messages (tuner-inbox);
- a ticket event opens the ticket;
- a website lead opens that enquiry in Enquiries;
- a partner quote opens Quote requests, and a delegation opens Delegations;
- partnership news — accepted, ended, terms changed, auto-routing paused or resumed — opens that partner's own page, where the action to take sits;
- a changed share on one delegated order opens that order;
- a refund that reduces your earnings opens Finance;
- a Google reviews connection alert opens Website → Reviews, where you can reconnect it.
Two exceptions are worth knowing. Some notifications name nothing to open — the click only marks them read. And money notifications (payments, credits and invoice events) point at a platform-side page a tuner account cannot open, so the click returns you to your dashboard. Read those in Finance → Revenue & costs or Finance → Payouts instead.
The bell is empty but I was told something happened
The feed and your email are fed by the same events, so a gap in one is usually a filter, not a loss:
- Check Status is on All and Date on Any time — an archive-all clears the default view completely.
- Check the Type filter is not still set from a previous search.
- Remember the feed is per user. A notification sent to a colleague's account is not on yours; if your team needs to see the same things, each person needs their own login (your-team).
If a notification exists in the feed but never arrived by email, that is a delivery question rather than a feed question — see notification-emails-not-arriving. Anything else, message TheTuningGroup Support from Messages with the notification's title and the date you expected it.
