How do I sell WinOLS credits to my buyers?
Connect your evc.de reseller account, price a WinOLS bundle, and share your buy page — top-ups land on the buyer's EVC balance.

If you resell WinOLS projects on evc.de, your buyers can top up their credits from your own portal instead of emailing you. They pay you, and the credits land on their own evc.de balance automatically. The customer book for all of this lives under CRM → WinOLS.
Reselling WinOLS credits is a paid capability — the WinOLS section is locked on plans that do not include it, and the lock names the tier that does.
What do I need before buyers can top up?
Three things, in this order:
- Connect your evc.de reseller account. This is done on Workspace → Connections, on the WinOLS (evc.de) card — not on the WinOLS page itself. You need your reseller API ID, your EVC customer number, and the API password your evc.de reseller panel generates under Reseller API. That API password is not your evc.de login password. Press Save & verify; the credentials are checked against EVC before anything is stored, so a typo surfaces immediately rather than as top-ups that silently never arrive.
- Press Start selling. The card badge then reads Selling.
- Price at least one WinOLS bundle. Bundles are priced with your other credit packs under Workspace → Credits, where a WinOLS credit kind appears once the connection exists. Without a bundle there is nothing to buy, and your buy page stays offline.
Until all three are done, the WinOLS page shows a single invitation to connect your evc.de account rather than a set of empty tabs.
What is on the WinOLS page?
Three tabs, once the connection is live:
- Overview — four figures (buyers, credits held, projects sold, whether your records are in step with EVC) above the list of buyers.
- Sales — every project a buyer took from your WinOLS database, with the vehicle, the ECU (engine control unit) and which buyer took it. This is the honest answer to what is worth building more of.
- Buy page — the public page you hand to buyers.
Why does every balance show two numbers?
Because there genuinely are two. Each buyer row shows ours ∥ EVC's: what this platform recorded, then what evc.de reports. A tick means they agree; a warning triangle means they do not, and a dash means EVC has not answered yet.
A difference is not an error. A buyer who spent credits inside WinOLS since the last check will legitimately read lower at EVC, and the nightly reconciliation writes that down. The Overview tile says so directly: "n balances to settle tonight". What the pair is really for is the opposite case — it is what makes the rows that do agree trustworthy.
Anything that lives on evc.de rather than here is drawn with a dashed edge across this screen, so "not ours" reads without a caption.
What is the buy page?
The buy page is the link you give buyers: they pick a bundle, pay, and the
credits are added to their evc.de balance. It lives at /winols/ plus your
workspace slug, on your own domain when you have connected one and on your
platform address otherwise. Copy link puts it on your clipboard and Open
opens it.
You can change two lines of copy on it — a Heading and an Intro — edited directly beside a live preview of the page. Leave either blank to fall back to the default wording. There is no draft-and-publish step here: the page renders straight from your bundles and your connection, so Save and the preview refresh are the whole cycle.
If the page is not live yet, a warning on this tab says which of the two prerequisites is missing and links straight to it.
What happens if I stop selling?
Stop selling halts sales, never deliveries. Credits a buyer has already paid for keep being pushed to EVC until they land, and the card tells you how many are still in flight. Your credentials are kept, so Start selling puts you back where you were.
If a top-up has not arrived
Check the buyer's row on the Overview tab first: if our number is higher than EVC's, the top-up is recorded here and still on its way. Press Test connection on the WinOLS card under Workspace → Connections to confirm evc.de is reachable at all. If the credentials test fine and a paid top-up is still missing the next day, open a support ticket with the buyer's EVC customer number, the bundle they bought and the date of the purchase.
