Getting paid

Where do I see what I've earned?

Finance → Revenue & costs: revenue by period, sales by payment method, and where payouts stand.

Finance → Revenue & costs is the money page: what came in, through which rails, and what is on its way to your bank. In the mobile app, open Revenue for the same earnings overview.

Revenue, outsourcing and margin in one view.

Revenue

Revenue is shown per period in the currency it was earned in. Multi-currency sellers see per-currency figures rather than a misleading converted total — amounts in different currencies are never summed into one number.

Sales by payment method

The method mix shows how your dealers actually pay you — cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, on-account — with the charge count and gross volume per method. It is the view that tells you whether monthly invoicing is growing or whether prepaid credits carry the business.

The method mix appears once dealers have paid you on more than one rail.

What delegating costs me

If you pass work to partner tuners, a Partners band appears between the headline figures and the charts. It answers three questions: Owed to partners — accrued on orders you have delivered but that your dealers have not accepted yet, so the payout clock has not started; Paid to partners — money that has already gone, with the number of orders behind it; and Cost of delegating — what the partners took as a percentage of the value of the orders you sent out. A bar underneath splits the total into Not yet due, Scheduled and Paid, and the list below it breaks the same amount down per partner. The whole band is hidden if you have never delegated an order.

Bought counts this accrued cost, not only the partner invoices you have received. A partner's invoice is raised when their share actually transfers, which can be weeks after the order — counting invoices alone understated the cost, and overstated net profit by exactly that difference.

Orders you delegated

Below the Partners band, Orders you delegated is the per-order ledger the totals are built from: date, order, partner, what the order was worth, what the partner takes (and what percentage of the order that is), the state of that payment, and the partner's invoice number once it exists. It is also the only place the invoices you owe a partner are listed on the paying side.

The states read from your side as the payer, not the partner's: Not yet due (the dealer has not accepted the order yet), Scheduled (matured, about to leave), Paid, and — for a line closed some other way — Withheld, Reversed or Settled. A paid line showing not issued where an invoice number should be is a paperwork gap on older orders, not a missing payment: the money moved.

Where payouts stand

Earnings settle to your connected payout account and pay out on your payout schedule; pending amounts are on their way, not missing. The mechanics — what you receive per order and when — are in getting-paid.

Partner credit balances

If partners hold prepaid credits with you (or you with them), the runway bars on this page in the web portal show how much of each balance remains — solid for what is spent, hollow for what is left — so a partner running dry is visible before it interrupts work. Partner credit management stays in the web portal.

Every number on this page is your money as you charge it. Platform subscription costs live separately under Finance → Subscription, so revenue here is never silently netted against anything.
