How do I deliver a finished file?
Upload the tuned file on the order page and deliver — the dealer is notified instantly.

Delivery happens on the order page, and it is deliberately boring: upload, check, deliver.
-
Open the order from your Work queue and download the original read if you have not already.
-
Upload the tuned file to the order. You can attach more than one file when the job produced several (for example a tune plus a report).
The Workflow card carries the whole job, in order. -
Let the file check finish. As soon as the tuned file is staged, the portal compares it against the order's original ("Checking against the original file…"). Most deliveries pass without a word. If something looks off — the file is identical to the original, a different size, changed by only a few bytes (a checksum correction rather than a tune), or changed far more than a tune normally would — an amber note lists the reasons and the button reads Deliver anyway. The check is a second pair of eyes, not a gate: it never blocks a delivery, and encrypted deliveries are skipped because they cannot be compared.
-
Deliver. The status flips to Delivered, the dealer is notified on every channel they have enabled, and the download appears on their order page instantly.
What happens after delivery
The dealer flashes the file and confirms. Acceptance completes the order (Completed) and settles it — that is the moment the money side of the order becomes final. If the dealer reports a problem instead, the order comes back as Revision requested — see handling-revisions.
A delivery the file check flagged keeps a small flagged for review badge on the order's file list afterwards. It is there for you and platform support; the dealer's download is exactly what you delivered.
Use the order chat for anything the dealer should know while flashing — "checksum corrected", "idle may need 30 seconds to adapt". A sentence in chat saves a revision round more often than any other habit.
What the file is called on the dealer's side
The dealer downloads the tuned file under exactly the name you uploaded — the name is kept verbatim, so name the file the way you want it to arrive. A name with no extension is not rewritten either: an extension is appended for the download (".bin"), and the upload step shows an amber advisory stating the exact name the file will arrive as, so you can rename before delivering if that is not what you want. Only files from before the portal recorded delivery names fall back to a name derived from the vehicle and stage (for example "BMW 320d stage1.bin").
Can I replace a delivered file?
Yes — deliver again on the same order. The newest delivery is what the dealer downloads, and the order's timeline records each one, so there is never confusion about which file is current.
The dealer hasn't accepted for days — is that a problem?
Some workshops flash the car days later. The order stays Delivered while waiting for acceptance; if the dealer does not report a problem, the platform completes it after its automatic-acceptance window. A revision request keeps the problem open. See order-statuses for the dealer's next steps and getting-paid for the payout timing.
