How do I place a tuning order?

Upload the original file, identify the vehicle, pick a stage and options, and confirm.

You place an order from the New order button on the dashboard. The order wizard walks through the same steps every time: upload, vehicle, service, options, extra information, review. Your progress is saved as a draft, so a refresh or an interruption never loses the work.

New order is always one click away, on the dashboard and in the sidebar.

Step 1 — upload the original read

Upload the original file read from the vehicle's ECU (engine control unit). The platform analyses the file automatically and, in most cases, identifies the vehicle and ECU type from it. A licence plate or VIN (vehicle identification number) in the file name is picked up too and used to prefill the vehicle. An unusual file name — one with no extension — is flagged before the upload and the delivered file simply arrives with ".bin" added; nothing is blocked.

Drop the original read here — the analysis starts immediately.

Step 2 — confirm the vehicle

If the automatic identification found the vehicle, confirm it. Otherwise pick the vehicle manually — by licence plate lookup, by VIN, or by browsing make, model, generation and engine.

Identified from the file, or picked by plate, VIN or catalogue.

Step 3 — choose the service

Pick the tuning stage (for example Stage 1 or Stage 2). The available stages and their credit prices come from your supplier's price list, and the expected power gains are shown per stage where known.

Step 4 — options and DTCs

Add options such as removing specific DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes) or other modifications your supplier offers. Each option shows its own price before you add it.

Add-ons price themselves as you pick them.

Step 5 — review and pay

The summary shows everything you selected and the total cost in the unit you are paying with — credits, or money for pay-per-file and monthly-invoice accounts. Confirm to place the order. The supplier is notified immediately and you can follow progress on the order page, including chat with the supplier.

Everything you chose, and what it costs, before you confirm.

When do I get the file?

Delivery time depends on your supplier and their opening hours, which are shown while you order. You are notified the moment the modified file is ready to download.
