How do I invite dealers to my workspace?

Dealers join your workspace by invitation from the Dealers page. You choose how each dealer settles with you when you invite them: credits, pay-per-file, or a monthly invoice with net terms.

Inviting one dealer

Enter the dealer's email and pick the payment mode. If the email already belongs to an account, the dealer gets an invite to accept in the portal. If it is new, they receive a sign-up link and the membership activates when they register. In both cases the dialog also shows a shareable invite link — keep it if you expect email trouble.

Inviting many dealers at once

Use Import CSV to create accounts and memberships for a whole dealer list in one step. The import is validated first and shows exactly what will be created before anything is written; every imported dealer receives an invite email carrying your branding.

The dealer says the email never arrived

Every open invite on the Dealers page has two actions for exactly this case:

• Resend invite email sends a fresh email. Repeats within two minutes are ignored, so a double click never double-emails.
• Copy invite link copies the same link the email carries — send it over WhatsApp or any channel you like. The link registers a new dealer, and an existing dealer who opens it is signed in and accepted automatically.

Invited emails that have no account yet are listed under Awaiting sign-up with the same two actions, so an invite is never lost just because the email was.

What does a dealer see of my business?

A dealer sees your storefront: your prices, your branding, your opening hours, and their own orders and invoices with you. Dealers never see your other dealers, your costs, or anything about your other business.
