Getting started
What is this platform, and who does what on it?
Tuners run a tuning business here; dealers order tuned files from their tuner. One portal, two sides.

This platform connects two sides of the chiptuning trade. A tuner (the file service) runs their business here: their catalogue, prices, dealers, website and payouts. A dealer (a garage or workshop) orders tuned files from their tuner: upload the original ECU read, pick the vehicle and stage, pay, and download the modified file when it is ready. The sections below describe the web portal. The mobile app focuses on existing orders, messages, scheduling and tuner revenue; setup and administration stay on the web.
What a dealer sees
Dealers work in the portal's app side: a dashboard with recent orders and balance, the New order wizard, the order list with statuses and downloads, credits and billing, and chat with the supplier on every order. If your supplier gave you access, you may also have your own Website and Email sections.
What a tuner sees
Tuners work in the back office: the work queue of incoming orders, the catalogue and price book, dealer management, finance and payouts, and the optional storefront products — a website, email campaigns and the AI agent. Tuners also see the dealer articles in this help centre, because supporting dealers is part of the job.
Who do I contact when something is wrong?
Dealers talk to their tuner first — every order has a chat thread, and the tuner sets prices, delivery times and refunds. The platform team handles platform problems (sign-in, payments infrastructure, bugs) through support tickets. See getting-help.
Where does the money flow?
Dealers pay their tuner — with prepaid credits, per file, or on a monthly invoice, whichever the tuner has agreed with them. Tuners are paid out to their own bank through a connected payout account. The platform never sits in the middle of the relationship: your prices are your tuner's prices.
