Getting started

I'm new — how do I get my first file?

From invite to downloaded file in five steps: sign in, fund the account, order, wait, download.

Your account exists because your tuning supplier invited you. Everything you order goes to them, at the prices they set for you.

  1. Sign in with the email your invite was sent to. If two-factor authentication is on, a one-time code arrives by email.

  2. Fund the account. Most dealers pay with prepaid credits: open Shop → Credits and buy a bundle. If your supplier put you on pay-per-file or monthly invoicing, skip this — you pay per order or at the end of the month instead. See how-credits-work.

Fund the account once; ordering then costs a click.
  3. Place the order from the New order button.

New order is always one click away.

The wizard walks you through upload, vehicle, stage and options — the full walkthrough is how-ordering-works.

  4. Wait for delivery. Your supplier is notified the moment you confirm. Follow progress on the order page — the status meanings are in order-statuses — and use the chat on the order for anything vehicle-specific.

Every order and its status in one list — delivered files download from here.
  5. Download the file. You are notified the instant the tuned file is ready; the download sits on the order page.

The finished file waits on the order page.

The order wizard saves a draft at every step. Closing the tab or losing connection never loses your work — the draft is waiting on the Orders page.

Resume picks the wizard up exactly where it stopped.

Something didn't work on the car?

Request a revision from the order page — the same order, no new credits. revisions-and-problems covers revisions and when a refund applies instead.
