Getting started

What am I looking at on my dashboard?

Every card on the dealer dashboard explained: pending orders, balance, tickets, and the recent orders list.

The dashboard is the "where do things stand" page — every number on it links through to the page where you act on it.

The four cards answer the four questions you log in with.

The summary cards

  • Pending orders — orders still in progress: Pending, Processing, or Revision requested. Delivered, completed and closed-out orders don't count, so this stays your at-a-glance "how much is still moving" number — open Orders for the full list with every status.
  • Credit balance — what you can spend right now, with a rough "≈ how many orders" hint. If this looks lower than you expect, an open order is usually holding the difference — see why-is-my-balance-lower.
  • Open tickets — support tickets that have not been resolved.
  • Recent orders — your order volume at a glance.

The recent orders card

The Recent orders card sits below the summary cards and lists your five most recent orders, each with its status, the service ordered and its credit cost. Click any row to open that order's page — chat, files and actions all live there. Orders in the sidebar opens the full list.

The header

Balance, notifications and help — the three controls that follow you everywhere.

The credits pill mirrors your balance everywhere in the portal. The bell collects notifications (deliveries, replies, invoices); the question-mark bubble bottom right opens help and, where enabled, the support chat.

Statuses on the dashboard are the same ones the Orders page uses. What each one means — and what to do when one looks stuck — is covered in order-statuses.
