How do orders actually reach me?

Four inbound channels: your dealers' orders, the claim board, partner work, and website enquiries.

Work arrives through four doors, and they all end in the same place: an order in your Work queue.

Everything that needs your hands, in one queue.

Your dealers' orders

The main channel. A dealer you invited places an order against your price list; it appears in the queue immediately and the dealer is watching its status. This is the flow work-queue walks through.

The claim board

Pool work waiting to be claimed — first come, first served.

Where your plan includes it, Claim orders lists platform-pool work that is not bound to any tuner yet. Claiming one makes it yours — same queue, same delivery flow, platform-set payout terms. See claiming-orders.

Partner work

Other tuners can send you work: a quote request you price before accepting (quote-requests), or a delegated order a partner passes to you directly (delegating-work).

An order a partner offers you appears in your own Work queue as a faded row marked To claim, with a Claim button on it — so partner work competes for your attention alongside your dealers' orders instead of waiting on a page you have to remember to open (work-queue).

Website enquiries

Your public website's vehicle finder produces enquiries — a consumer or prospective dealer asking about a specific car. They land under Communication → Enquiries as email threads you (or the AI agent) answer; an enquiry can become a quote and then a customer. See enquiries-and-leads.

Finder enquiries arrive with the exact car the visitor picked.

Notifications for all four channels respect your opening hours and your notification preferences — a claim-board order at 2 a.m. does not have to wake anyone.
