How do partner quote requests work?
Another tuner asks you to price a job; your accepted quote becomes a draft order on your queue.

Tuners buy from each other: a job outside your own remit goes to a partner who masters that platform, and their overflow can come to you. Quote requests are how that starts when the price is not agreed upfront.
Receiving a request
A partner describes the job — vehicle, stage, what they need — and it lands under Operations → Quote requests. You reply with a price (or decline). Nothing is committed until they accept: a quote is an offer, not an order.
When your quote is accepted
The accepted quote becomes an order between you and the partner, and it drops into your Work queue like any other job: same delivery flow, same chat, same revision handling. The agreed quote price is the order's price — no re-negotiation at delivery time.
Sending a request
The same page works outbound: request a quote from one of your partners when a dealer asks for something you do not build yourself. Once the partner prices it and you accept, you have a supplier-side order to track while your own dealer-side order proceeds.
How is partner work paid?
Partner relationships run on the partner's normal billing rails — prepaid partner credits or invoicing, as agreed between the two workspaces. The platform keeps both sides' paperwork straight: each side sees the order in their own currency and their own finance pages.
Quotes are the polite front door of a partnership. For a partner you work with constantly, delegating-work is the shorter path — delegation passes an order directly at pre-agreed terms, no quote round.
