How do I buy and ship a part someone ordered through Parts search?

The Sourced part panel on the order shows the listing, seller and price working; tick off bought, received and shipped, or refund.

When a visitor buys a part from the Parts search block on your website, the order appears under Shop → Orders like any other, with a small photo of the part. Orders with a part found by RRR.lt search also carry a Sourced label.

What does the Sourced part panel show?

Open the order. Under Items there is a Sourced part panel for every part on it. Only you and platform admins see this panel — the customer never does, and none of it appears in their emails, pages or invoice.

  • The part as the customer saw it: photos, title, description, part numbers, condition and donor car.
  • Where it comes from (RRR.lt search only): the marketplace with a link to the listing, the listing's SKU, the seller, how the part number matched, the delivery country and when the listing was checked.
  • Price breakdown: the listing price and whether it included VAT, the price without VAT, delivery and service fee (marked "estimate" when your fallback amount was used), the cost, your margin, the customer price excluding VAT, the add-ons bought with it, and the line total with VAT.
  • When it was quoted and until when the quote was valid.

A part from your own catalogue shows its base price, your margin and the customer price instead.

How do I keep track of buying it?

The Purchasing checklist has three steps:

  1. Bought at source — type the source's order reference (optional) and press Mark bought.
  2. Received — press Mark received when the part arrives.
  3. Shipped to the customer — use Mark shipped & email customer in the Shipping card, the same as for any shop order.

Each step can be undone. Every change is recorded on the order's history.

What if the part is no longer available?

Press Unavailable → refund. The dialog is filled in with the full amount for that part including VAT; change it if you only refund part of it, add a reason and confirm. The part is marked unavailable at the source and the customer is refunded through the normal refund, the same as the Refund action in the order list.

What if the panel says it cannot load?

Reload the page. If it keeps failing, open a support ticket with the order reference.
