What do the website and email plans cost?

A free entry point plus three paid tiers — Found, Reachable and Answered — each adding one capability.

Ordering tuning files needs no plan — that is what credits and invoices are for. Plans exist only for the marketing side: your own website, your own email campaigns, and the AI assistant that answers your customers.

What are the tiers?

Each tier includes everything in the tier below it.

  • Free — the entry point. You have an account, you order files, and you can see what the paid tiers do.
  • Found — €29 per month. Your own website: the site builder, publishing, your own web domain, enquiry forms, and the instant-quote vehicle finder.
  • Reachable — €59 per month. Everything in Found, plus email: sending from your own domain and email campaigns to up to 2,000 recipients a month.
  • Answered — €119 per month. Everything in Reachable, plus the AI agent answering your customers on your channels, up to 200 conversations a month.

Prices are per month excluding VAT (value added tax).

Your current tier is named above the cards; each card lists only what it adds.

Where do I see and change my plan?

Open Website → Plan. It shows your current tier, what it includes, and what the next tier adds. Only the account owner can change the plan — an admin or member sees the plan but not the buy button.

What happens when I hit a monthly limit?

The limit pauses that one capability for the rest of the month; nothing else stops. Passing 2,000 campaign recipients pauses further campaign sends, and your website, orders and files carry on exactly as before. The allowance resets at the start of the next month.

What happens if I downgrade?

The features the lower tier does not include switch off at the end of the paid period, and your content stays. A website you built on Found is not deleted when you move to Free — it stops being published, and publishing again is one click after you upgrade.

Is the plan on the same invoice as my orders?

No. Plan charges are their own subscription invoice. Order charges follow whatever your supplier has set up for you — credits, pay-per-file, or a monthly invoice. See Which invoice belongs to what?.
