AI agent
Can the assistant answer my customers?
On the Answered plan an AI assistant answers enquiries from your own site and WhatsApp, from your prices and your facts.

Yes, on the Answered plan. The AI assistant answers the routine questions that arrive through your own website and WhatsApp — what you offer, what it costs, how long it takes — so a customer asking at nine in the evening still gets an answer.
Open it under Website → Assistant.
What it will and will not do
It answers from your material: the prices in your price book, the facts you give it, and any documents you upload. It does not invent an answer, and it hands the conversation to you when a question needs a person — a complaint, a refund, anything it has no grounds to answer.
It answers your customers on your channels. It has nothing to do with ordering files from your supplier; that stays entirely with you.
Setting it up
The setup is the same as a tuner's, and those articles apply to you directly:
- How do I set up the AI agent? — enabling it and switching on channels
- How do I control how the agent sounds? — how customers are addressed, and the tone
- What can the agent promise on my behalf? — turnaround, payment terms, warranty
- What documents should I give the agent?
- How do I stop the agent saying certain things?
Start in suggest mode, where it drafts and you send, until you have watched it for a week — see How do I approve replies before they're sent?.
What it costs
The assistant is part of the Answered plan, which includes a monthly allowance of conversations. Past the allowance the assistant pauses for the rest of the month and enquiries still reach you normally — nothing is lost. See What do the website and email plans cost?.
The Assistant page says I need a different plan
That is the plan gate. The assistant is on Answered; the lower tiers include the website and email but not the assistant. Your enquiries still arrive and you answer them yourself.
