AI agent

What can the agent promise on my behalf?

Facts are the claims the agent may make actively — turnaround, payment terms, warranty. Company details come from your existing settings.

Open Workspace → AI Agent → Knowledge → Facts & claims. A fact is something the agent may state to a customer without being asked twice — a commitment you are making on your business's behalf, so write them as you would say them on the phone.

Three fields are authored here:

  • Turnaround promise — how quickly work is normally done.
  • Payment terms — when and how you expect to be paid.
  • Warranty policy — what you stand behind, and for how long.
Three authored fields; hours and company details arrive on their own.

Standing knowledge

Standing knowledge is Knowledge's other sub-tab, next to Facts & claims: short sentences the agent carries into every reply whether or not the customer asks — the things nobody thinks to ask about. A shutdown week, a language you only support until 18:00, that you have been family-run since 1974. Add one at a time, or paste several lines at once to add them all together; each is saved and removable on its own. Keep them to what is true all season, because the agent will volunteer them.

What I do not have to type

Your opening hours and company details — address, phone, tax id, registry numbers — are read from the settings where they already live and sent to the agent automatically.

That is deliberate. Those details are already on your invoices, and a second copy typed into the studio would go stale the day you move premises. An agent quoting a different address than your invoice is worse than one that quotes none, so there is only ever one source.

To change them, edit them where they live — in your workspace profile — and the agent picks them up.

Facts, documents and guardrails

Three different jobs, easy to conflate:

If something must never be said, a guardrail is the only one of the three that guarantees it.

Write the promise you can keep

The agent will repeat a turnaround promise to every customer who asks, on every channel, without the judgement you would apply on a busy Friday. "Same day where possible" is a promise you can keep; "same day" is one you cannot.

Are my facts live yet?

The Setup tab shows Facts last synced with the time of the last confirmed push. Saving a fact triggers a push and the platform reads it back to confirm it landed, so that timestamp means the agent really has the new wording — not just that we tried to send it.

If the time is not moving after a save, the agent is still answering from the old facts and support should look at it.
