What may the agent say about prices?
One default policy for money talk, per-channel overrides where it should differ, and rules that always hold.

Open Workspace → AI Agent → Pricing. Three things live here: the Products the agent can price, the Policy that decides what it may say about money, and a Quote preview to test the result before a customer sees it.
The default policy
Default — applies to every channel is what the agent may say about money anywhere, unless a channel below overrides it. Set this to the most cautious answer you are comfortable with everywhere, then loosen individual channels.
Per-channel overrides
Override one channel where it should differ. The common case is quoting freely on WhatsApp — where you are talking to a trade customer who knows your pricing — while staying vaguer on a public website enquiry from a stranger.
A channel shows either Overridden or Following the default, so you can see at a glance which ones you have taken off the default. Reset to default puts one back.
The rules that always hold
Always on lists behaviour that is not configurable and holds on every channel whatever your policy says. These exist so that no combination of settings can produce a quote the platform would not stand behind. You cannot switch them off, and they are worth reading once so you know where the floor is.
Test it before you trust it
Quote preview runs a real question through the policy and shows you what the agent would answer. Use it after any change to the policy or the price book — a policy reads one way in settings and another when it turns into a sentence a customer receives.
The agent quotes a price I did not expect
Check in this order: the product's price in your price book, whether the channel is on the default or an override, and then Quote preview with the same question the customer asked. The preview uses the same path the live answer does, so a difference between preview and reality means the customer asked something other than what you tested.
Prices themselves come from your price book, not from this tab — see How do I set my prices and currencies?.
